the web site makes a big deal about their free delivery, but say nothing about the £4.99 delivery charge for saturdays.


General Comments

I ordered flowers and paid extra to have them delivered on Saturday when I knew there would be people at home. As an extra precaution I arranged for a neighbour to take them if necessary and if all else failed I agreed that they could leave them outside the front porch. THE FLOWERS WERE NOT DELIVERED AT ALL and when I rang and complained I was told "Oh sorry the courier didn't follow the instructions"
Actually I dont think the courier turned up at all seeing as there was someone there all day. That is the extent of their appology and no compensation was offered.
