Awful speeds, terrible Technical support, many many disconnects


General Comments

Looking at the other comments, it seems like alot of people are having the same problems as me.

I have been an Eclipse customer for over 4 years, but in my opinion customer loyalty means is slacking. Their "packages" seem to change every week, and when i phoned up to report a problem with my speed, they informed me that it was not a problem but they have capped the speeds on purpose so that users would go to their "new" packages.

The worst thing that they do is this download capping. Unfortunately i sometimes reach my 50 gig a month download limit, but every time I look at when my reset date is, it changes. In the last 6 months it has gone from the first of the month to the 16th... go figure? To make it worse my latest reset date was Friday, I checked my statues and i had reached 50 gig in 3 days! There is no way I downloaded 50 gigs in 3 days.

I do not recommend Eclipse Internet.
