Flights to the Caribbean - Jamaica. Happy that another airline was willing to fly to Jamaica - Mo Bay and Kingston. That's where the good point ends!! Travelled with Virgin to Jamaica, myself, family and friends - all at differing times. The service was abominal!
Delays, delays, delays of up to two hours! No information given and the airline staff don't seem to know what they're doing - or is it they just don't care?
Will not be flying with Virgin Atlantic Airways anytime soon!!
