Good Points

Very good on selling you a PC


Bad Points

After sales service. Phones were either never answered whenever I called, or return calls were never received. Emails questions just seemed to disappear into PC world cyberspace.


General Comments

Our new Dell Inspiron failed to boot up and we sent it back to PC World. They said that we must be hitting the disable button on the keyboard and that their technical support team had now fixed the 'Disable button'.
It came back and after a few more days it refused to boot up again. Back it went to PC World only to be returned with a note saying that their Technical guys had now 'Disabled the Disable button'?! It happened a third time. This time we rang Dell and were talked through a diagnosis over the phone which identified that the problem was with the Motherboard. They too had never heard of a 'Disable' button on the keyboard. Moral of this story? Buy if you must from PC World, but if you have a problem with your DELL PC, get through to Dell directly.
