Good Points

Although it was 10th December 2008 and the store was busy I was not kept unduly waiting to be served at the jewellery counter. This because I was shopping in the Fishergate Preston store.


Bad Points

I had tried the day before to buy from the jewellery counter in Southport store I queue up like others, then for about 12 minutes then someone said have you taken a ticket? apparently they were running the jewellery counter like the supermarkets delicatessen. The ticket machine was not in a prominent place and staff did not make eye contact or smile at me.


General Comments

I mostly use the Preston Fishergate store because everyone is lovely and courteous. I wanted to purchase a 32"HD television and the make I wanted was not in stock. The assistant conferred with his manager who promptly told me the merits of a similar model he even done an add on sale which was at bargain price. I am delighted with my televison and with the Fishergate store. It is always clean and welcoming. 10 out of 10 to the manager and his well trained staff.
