Battery~The remotes battery is good however only lasts for about 2 weeks with everyday use~..
NOTE: uses a CR2032 watch battery~They can be rather pricey depending on where you buy them from..

Small in size..
Works on any PS2 ~Fat or Slim~

Good remote in the long run for controlling your TV, VCR and PS2..

Look at GameStop (EB) or Game Crazy to see if you can find a used one..

Its a good buy in my book if you can get one for under $10..
