General Comments

I have the unfortunate experience of a delayed luggage in Amsterdam for 4 days and nobody from the company was responsible or compassionate about offering help at any time.
I personally drove to the airport 4 time (100 miles) due to their inability to manage a common problem. Finally we where able to solve it by talking directly to the Amsterdam airport and they solve it from there in 10 minutes. Northwest airlines quality personnel at the desk is perfectly inefficient. I would never ever again consider this company for anything.
