General Comments
I was expecting to be fobbed off and given the run around because my kitten's problems/treatment began just 1 day after the 14-day exclusion period ended. I couldn't have been more surprised when I got the letter saying the claim would be paid in full. Sure enough, I checked my account and only 3 days after they received the claim they had paid out. Excellent service.
