Good Points

Principles are really good.


Bad Points

Vitality point allocation is sporadic and has required me to chase them on numerous occasions including getting points to allocate from Fitbug, Active Europe and fitness test. On each occasion it took weeks and several chains of email before the points were allocated - and I'm still missing some. This means I've actually missed out on getting upgraded from status to status and the customer service people at Pruhealth basically say it can take weeks to allocate points and they couldn't care less.


General Comments

The Pru health principle is really great and could be a real cost-saving for me as a relatively healthy and active individual.
However, the implementation is terrible - it has taken weeks to get some of my points allocated and I've had to chase several times - for instance, it took 6 weeks for my Fitbug account linked up correctly, three weeks for points to appear from a fitness assessment and I still don't have points from an active europe event I completed a month ago. Also the website is flaky and today I can't get in to set myself a goal and score points anyway.
In summary - good product in principle, customer service terrible. Just hope if I ever need to claim it's a bit better!
