General Comments

scroll pad is awful, library is cumbersome and user unfriendly - Itunes is awful. Too many faults to list and it is the only way of loading music onto the Ipod. Sound quality is iffy If you are the sort of person who would buy something because it looks nice, the iPod is the very fella for you, because I have nothing else good to say about it.

It has no new features compared with my Archos apart from podcasts and does everything else less well - plus the archos does loads of snazzy stuff with add ons such as remote control and video links to tv, card readers.

my sony ericsson mobile phone is a far superior player.
