Good Points

Good production of steam, easy to use, large water reservoir. Reduces ironing time when compared to conventional irons. Able to straighten heavy fabrics with ease eg demin, cotton sheets, etc


Bad Points

Not durable. I have a Tefal Express steam generated iron, it generates heat but there is no steam. Initially when pressing the button, steam was intermittent. I discovered that by varying the angle of the cord attached to the iron, steam would release when placed at a certain angle. Obviously this was a pain to work with and eventually this ceased to work. ie no steam at all now!
I find this disappointing considering the iron is less than a year old. It's still under warranty however will it last the distance after this time.


General Comments

If the product was more reliable, this would be a hot product ie. value of money in terms of price and performance.
Overall this is a disappointing product. I would recommend a Laura Star iron ( my last Laura Star lasted 11 years using tap water!)
