Good Points
I was fully expecting to dislike this album but can't say I do. After numerous listens it definitely grows on you. Some great guitar breaks. Catchy moments and plenty of sweeping epic ones.

Bad Points
Well over produced and you can tell there's been some enhancement on the vocals in places. A little too much going on at times too.

General Comments
It was never going to totally live up to the hype and relies mainly on those of us who were in out prime at the time GNR were great to buy this album. Even Axl's infamy is lost on the younger indie generation. It's a good rock album though and should be seen as nothing more than that. I'm on my 10th listen and still not bored of it yet.
