Good Points

Price is good but not relevant if you don't receive the goods.


Bad Points

No phone number listed on website. I broke my golden rule as I forgot to check before ordering. Still waiting for delivery.


General Comments

Ordered 3 games from Joolop Games 2nd Dec. One arrived on 5th and the invoice had a note saying one more was to follow. I emailed to explain that the Invoice said 1 was to follow but I was missing 2. Got a reply saying it was shipped this morning. I emailed to point out that I was missing 2 games and asking if both had been shipped. I have received no reply yet.
Nothing else had arrived by 9th so I emailed again explaining what was missing and got a reply saying they will be sent out tomorrow.

I have no idea why they were not sent originally. Their website has shown them all to be in stock throughout.
They charged my credit card for everything when they sent the first one.
The website has shown that the order is completed despite them knowing they only sent 1 of 3.
