Good Points

Phone was delivered quickly, good customer service.

General Comments

Unlike the other customers I did not have a problem with this company. I got a contract phone from them on a 12 months cashback deal, and I got all 4 cashback cheques. I did not receive the 3rd cheque (even though they claimed they sent it) and I thought that they were going to get out of paying my last 2 cashbacks (like The MobilePhoneOutlet did to me on my previous cashback contract). But they cancelled the cheque and sent me a replacement, and paid me my final cashback. They even offered to help when I had a little problem with Orange over my bill. Although I got excellent service, and a free phone/12 months contract, I have gone back to a pay as you go as I then don't have to worry if I will get my cashbacks under these 'free' contracts.
