I've received an HMV gift voucher for xmas.
I'd spent a while searching their website for the items I wanted to buy and found the site extremely slow, only then to find in the small print that the voucher can't be used online. I expect that many people will buy the products they found online anyway, then use the voucher when passing the shop.
I hate the shops at xmas and during January sales, so will pass the card on to someone who likes Malls and in future continue my avoidance of this seemingly backward retailer.
