Bad Points

There was a little misunderstanding involving my card, but it was cleared up quickly.


General Comments

I have a railcard, which has already saved me £50. Good overdraft, although I hope not to have to use that.
The staff were friendly and helpful and explained everything. Obviously some salesmanship was involved, but you are going to get that at most of the banks.
