Bad Points

I found it difficult to contact them - I found a number eventually through joolop design


General Comments

Having contacted Joolop Games regarding my order (Mario Karts) that hadn't turned up I did get it very promptly and the manager was helpful

Having given them the benefit of the doubt that my order had got lost in the post I did get what I had ordered within 28 days.
