None that I have found in 3 orders


Bad Points

Customer service, misleading advertising, told items I bought were available online then, but someone came in store and purchased them.


General Comments

3 orders from GO Outdoors, all wrong. Two orders were for their 'Specials'. Emails back to say unavailable, though clearly in stock when ordered online. I believe this quote says it all. 'Very rarely do we have issues with orders, and as we have done before with yourself we have apologised for inconvenience caused by us not having stock available.
As regards to the online ordering, as the line I have quoted states we try to provide stock that is available, we cannot legislate for customers coming into the store, when as an example we have 2 tops available on the internet at the time you make the order, and 2 customers come into our store shortly after you have placed the order and purchase them.
Finally there are plenty of items on the website for you to view and purchase, unfortunately on this occasion we have not been able to produce a complete order.'
