Processed ordered incorrectly with only partial address. We had to re-arrange directly with courier for correct delivery and then the item was wrong. Posted it back at our own cost and they only credited us with 50%. Subsequent delivery was sent by standard Royal Mail to incomplete address (again), but good old postman recognised the name and sorted it out. Would not use them again. Didn't receive any response to emails and I was unable to speak to a manager about partial refund of delivery costs.
