Good Points

Good displays when available and generally easy to use website. Generally good interest rates.


Bad Points

Telephone contact is not easy when there is a problem.


General Comments

I have not been able to view any of my savings bond details for almost a month. I have repeatedly phoned them and they have no idea when the fault will be fixed. I have just checked again tonight only to find that even my internet savings account has a zero balance because of an "internal transfer" which they cannot explain. They've promised to call me with an answer but its very worrying as I now seem to have no balances on any Egg account!
