The pool, the Italian restaurant, the prices.
General Comments
Its a good place to go but has nothing on the Longleat/Sherwood resorts. I mean lets be fair here there isn't exactly anything to do there night after night is there, the pool is pathetic really, most of the jets dont work, the so called hot pools are cold, the main pool is cold. To be honest I am used to going to Longleat and getting some grade A services not some grade C services ok heres the lowdown.
1. Italian restaurant - prices way to high, portions served about the same size as your average childs meal.
2. Pool - cold, most things didn't work, all slides shut at 6pm I mean whats the deal with that what if you want to go for a nighttime swim and go on the slides after being out doing activities all day, the hot tub pools are cold, the spa pools don't do anything at all, there answer to a water rapids is a circle which you are supposed to get pushed round by water jets most of which don't work, the outdoor pool isn't heated that much so your still cold which annoyed me because I like in the other resorts where I can go into the hot outdoor pool and enjoy myself.
3. There really is nothing to do at nighttime there, once you have spent one night bowling and in the arcade and had a meal then what ? Everywere else is shut by that point so your left wandering a ghost resort.
Personaly I would reccommend this resort if you don't plan on doing a great deal at nightime, but if you do then I recommend Sherwood or Longleat which are by far the best.

Centre Parcs say that is was due to refurbishment, I beleive it was due to labour costs at this quiet time of the year. Albeit still great choice in the eating department.
