Processed ordered incorrectly with only partial address. We had to re-arrange directly with courier for correct delivery and then the item was wrong. Post it back at our own cost and they only credit us with 50%. Subsequent delivery was sent by standard Royal Mail to incomplete address (again), but good old postman recognised the name and sorted it out. Would not use them again. E-mailed but received no response
