Soft, bubbly and sweet with a natural taste of fruit. Absolutely lovely.
Despite being just a good sparkling wine with blended strawberries, you could well think it's been made with proper champagne.
It goes with pretty much anything, probably best as a treat with strawberry cheesecake.
