I would not advise anybody to place an order with these people paid quite alot of money and have had terrible service. I've sent email after email plus telephone calls and they just keep 'palming me off' with excuses. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter so when she woke up she was very disappointed, doesn't look like i'm getting it for xmas either! Do not order from here its certainly not worth the hassel!!

    I tried to delete my review i wrote yesterday but couldn't find how to do it. I actually spoke to the lady from Dilly Dots Tots this morning I found her very reassuring she totally understands my distress and I take back any comment I made yesterday. The problem is actually down to the courier she was using and has nothing at all to do with her she has promised I will be receiving my item and I feel very confident about this!! So yes I will be using her service again!!
