Good Points

Price, but that's only good if you don't need to claim.

General Comments

With Barclays it's only cheap until you need to claim. In June this year there was a sewage blockage in my neighbours drain, as 6 of us are responsible the council got involved, issued an enforcement notice that the drain run had to be cleared surveyed and repaired within 21 days. As none of my neighbours would do anything, I decided to deal with it and claimed from Barclays who do not deny liability. It is now December and still Barclays have done nothing to repair the drain. After dozens of phone calls & scores of e-mails I am frustrated that nothing has got done. Even the environmental officer has tried to help, (at least she understands) but still nothing has been done yet.
