Excellent. I too stumbled across these wonderful tablets by chance... I was in hospital for an operation, when I came round from the anaesthetic I had hot flushes galore. The poor young nurse thought it was a reaction to the op! I told her no, no dont worry its just hot flushes.... she then told me that her mum had been taking Red Clover, and so am I now; and have found them brilliant, loads more energy, hair, complextion, hot flushes, etc all much better now. I have been taking them for jus 3 weeks and have noticed a great difference. I have a knot in my stomach, which feels like I am constantly full! hopefully this side affect will pass!
