Great selection of clothes, often do discounts.
Customer service! It was attrocious. I ordered a lot of clothes, but a dress wasn't in the box and wasn't described as missing. I rang - and was number 19 in the queue. Half an hour later (and the charges ticking up on my phone, as the number is non-geographic), I gave up.
I rang again from work. And again. And again. I was number 32, number 25 - the lowest I was was number 15, and I wasn't through after 15 minutes... I gave up.
I sent an email and 3 days later heard back. My dress was going to be investigated by a member of the LOS team, and I'd hear within 10 working days.
Day 12, and not a whisper about my dress or my money.
I love the site, and the clothes, but the appalling customer service puts me off. My experience has been repeatedly bad, so I won't be going back there.
