Good Points

Able to use the card at various stores including Miss Selfridge, Wallis etc


General Comments

My second bill did not arrive. When I did get a bill, they had the temerity to charge a £12 late payment fee as well as interest. The late payment fee was waived when I telephoned to complain but the interest wasn't. Having had to wait for a while before speaking to a customer service rep on the phone, I could not be bothered to dispute the interest charge. I paid my bill in full and cancelled the card. The customer service rep was not in the least bit interested in retaining my custom, despite these credit crunch times.
As a result of this experience, I can only conclude that their admin is poor and their customer service reps pretty useless if they are unwilling to waive a £3.02 interest charge to retain a good customer.
Never again!
