Absolutely none.


Bad Points

Everything. from check-in, to in-flight, to picking up bags.


General Comments

In my experience, worst customer service EVER. Customer service reps did not know anything. Everything I asked them was a no. example: I asked for a route change at LAX. I was told I could not do it. Went to the airports lounge and changed it online. After I changed it, they said, oh yes you can change it. For them, it's never "the customer is always right" nor "the customer is sometimes right." it's always "LAN is always right. until proven wrong". LAN Peru is probably the worst. Next time I fly to south america from LAX, I'm paying more just to avoid them.
