Good Points

Windows look nice, very thin glazing bars, can get them pre painted


Bad Points

Glazing bars don't line up. Seals around windows leak and seal between windows leak. Not what I expect for double glazing


General Comments

I used Gary Byng & Sons Joinery but havent delivered all the parts to install windows yet. When I called them, the line went dead. So I e-mailed, but so far not answer to emails. In my opinion I have received very little aftersales service, I wouldn't use them again.

    Response to shaun haneys review.

    We supply hundreds of sash windows every month and deal will many happy customers every day. It was a shame shaun was not fully satisfied with the service provided due to his confusion on what extras he expected to be provided, As for the line going dead it turned out to be a service problem on his mobile.
    We would be more than happy to provide customer testimonials or contact details of any number of happy customers over the last 10 years.
