haven't received my product yet i have been waiting in all day the customer service seemed good up until point of purchase... after this i feel i was treated as an irritating nuisance, the staff i have dealt with did not appear to be very well trained in customer service.

i was unable to request even an afternoon or morning slot for delivery i was completely at their mercy. tried to call the store that i was having delivery from the phone was never answered whenever i tried (they open at 9 i called about 9.30?) i had to email them and ask them to call me which they did.
