Good Points

Very efficient - requested claim form online and received it next day.
Sent claim form 1st class and claim was sorted out within 10 days.
Friendly on telephone.


General Comments

Having 3 cats, I thought it would be a good idea to have insurance just in case anything was to happen. Healthy Pets offered the best deal, which I easily found online. I have never dealt with insurance paperwork before and was a bit uncertain when I had to make a claim, but I gave them a quick call to check that the insurance I had covered the treatment my pet received. I was happy not to have been put on hold and spoke to a really friendly woman who quickly answered my query after double-checking with a manager. Sent off my claim form 1st class with appropriate paperwork from vet, and received a reply from company with cheque payment minus £50 excess roughly 10 days later. Very happy with service.
