Good Points
Relaible web site with reasonable research
Very fast deal confirmation and customer service
Able to get dealing prices on $ priced stocks when Barclays only allow "at best"
Easy to re quote after quote expires.

Bad Points
Limits order are actually "fill or kill"
No stop losses or limit orders
If no initial price returned takes you to limit order page (fill or kill) rather than allowing re-quote
Password times out very quickly
Have to put in password every time you trade.

General Comments
A good service for infrequent traders. Frustrating if you become more active or in fast markets. Lack of order service has made me move 50% of my SIPP to Barclays.
