I bought my daughter a set last December 2007 a bangle, necklace and earrings. The bangle broke a month ago she took it back to the shop and they were even funny about it in the shop saying it had been done intentionally, rubbish my daughter is 28 she does not sit all day playing with her bangle taking it on and off, so they sent it away to see if it was a manufactures fault and we all know what the outcome off that is, the report came back my daughter has been twisting it and broke it, I am now going to take it to another jeweller and have it assessed there and I know what that outcome will be. I have spoken to customer services this morning and they will look at it again if another jeweller has a different report, but like I pointed out we are in a no win situation because if the other report is different they may look at repairing it at my cost and they will not pay for other report, so when I get other report back I will be taking them to small claims court to get all my costs back.
