Good Points

Apparently a good price, but irrelevant if they are unable to supply product.


Bad Points

Persistently incorrect website, unable to contact effectively, no product delivered.


General Comments

Ordered a book on the basis that website showed it as in stock with a 24 hour dispatch time. After a week was informed that it was not in stock at their distributor and that they had no idea when it would next be available. Re checked website and title still shows as in stock with 24 hour dispatch. Cancelled order and will not be using again.
