Good Points

Design, look and layout of house - Strand - is good.


General Comments

Attention to detail is very poor, with poor and sloppy finish in many aspects of the home. The use of subcontractors who do not appear to take any pride in their work, and take the quickest and cheapest option is a major criticism.
Anyone buying a new home should ensure all snags are completed and fixed before completion.
The whole building industry seems to have become inefficient over the last 10 years of "good times". Bellway could really focus on quality control in order to get ahead.
