General Comments

E&L Caravan Insurance told me I could get my window repaired at the place where I had just bought it brand new then, two months later, said I had to go to a certain dealer to have it done. They also said my excess was doubled because I was an inexperienced tower (was in the conditions - somewhere!) which meant they would only pay £30 of a £280 claim. The people that sold me the caravan are a well established company and could not believe they had done that. Cancelled insurance and took the knock on the chin (fortunately I can afford to do that) as I could not risk being 'covered' by them. Now insured with another company.

    I agree with this review because... We also are having problems with this company. I will NEVER insure anything with this company again!!!!!!
