I ordered two cosy-feet microwavable foot warmers from the Gadgetshop. When the product was finally 'delivered', it was left outside my house! even though there had been someone in all day. A family member discovered the parcel outside in the evening, very lucky it didn't go missing!

The presentation of the product itself was extremely poor. It didn't come in any branded packaging or box as I thought it would (I bought these as Christmas gifts). It was tied up in a small plastic bag; looked like something you'd pick up in the market.

This is the first and last time I'll be ordering from the Gadgetshop.
