First Choice did not reply when they say they would.
General Comments
Booked ski holiday to Berwang, Austria Jan 09. Booked Hotel Thanerllerhof over the internet. In the brochure it said evening meals are taken in the Kaiserhof Hotel 300m away. We then receive a letter from First Choice stating that the distance is now 800m away. Has it walked? There is no transport between the two hotels and don't know what to do if there is a blizzard! We are very disappointed at the extra distance and would not have booked Hotel Thanerllerhof had we known this fact. I rang First Choice every day last week. All they say is they will speak to someone more superior the next day and they will ring us back. But they never do. Very disappointed with their uncaring attitude. So looking forward to our first family holiday for 12 years. Will keep pursuing and get in touch with Trading Standards and ABTA.
