Bad Points

A few poor staff who were unable to provide any product information.
Didn't honour their quotation
Struggle to get them to answer the phone and emails.


General Comments

My advice with regards to Appliance World is go somewhere else - they sent me a quotation which looked good until I tried to place the order a couple of days later when the price had suddenly increased by 20% - they said owing to the change in VAT.

The new price of course was ridiculously uncompetitive.

There are some very good on line retailers out there - I will go to one of those rather than wasting time with these guys
