Good Points
Good interest rates but not fixed, also no penalty period if you move your account from Natwest (or so I was told).
General Comments
In my case, when I transferred my Cash ISA to Natwest, they failed to explain that there would be a loss of interest for the time the cheque was in the post from my previous provider and then I would not start to get interest until the 2nd day after the money was cleared to my account. In effect, I lost 7 days interest which was not explained to me so I am quite annoyed with Natwest. Perhaps I should have asked however I think an honest provider would have explained this penalty of switching the account. I will stay with Natwest for now but they have earned no loyalty from me so far. I notice that Halifax guarantee interest from the day the previous account is closed so that there is no loss of interest.
