Internet banking is good but that's about it!
Bad Points
No account contact; don't return messages, will not apply common sense only read from computer screen; stifle growing business.
General Comments
I've personally not seen any flexibility with my HSBC business bank account. I struggle to get in contact with my account manager. Would not recommend any new or growing business to use HSBC.
