Good Points

Always able to speak to a person when I call.
Have always been able to make arrangements when having problems.


Bad Points

They do seem to call if you have missed a payment, BUT they do it to remind me how much is due - they dont pressure me at all.


General Comments

I felt lucky to get a card with Vanquish as I have been struggling with debt and this back of extra cash was helpful to know I have, I know the APR is high compared to a lot, BUT I dont use this card for anything but emergencies.
