There is something resembling a bus service. There is a phone line to customer services if you are into paying for an answerphone service which cut me off. Appalling times, appalling service, appalling buses, but first class fares - first class prices - and no refunds. Arriva needs one heck of a shake up. In my opinion the standard of vehicles and bus driving is dreadful and any complaints are treated with contempt. Arriva hold the monopoly on so many routes and people have no choice but to suffer their lack of care and service.
