Bad Points
There are so many, it's hard to know where to start - in a nutshell avoid HSBC like the plague if you want to run a successful business.
General Comments
I have been arguing with HSBC all week as they will not allow me to pay off my Business Mastercard early to enable me to continue using it for the next 2 weeks prior to the clear down date - confused? Me too! Apparently the card does not have the facility to be paid mid way in the month so if we need it for the next 2 weeks - their response - Tough! The customer service is disgraceful, they don't know the meaning of the word service - 4 weeks to get copy statements (their internet banking only gives you about 6 weeks). In a word - stay away, they are dire!
