Good Points

Fantastic overall complete nutrition
RESULTS! I lost 17.5lbs in 11 days & have stayed at goal weight for 14 months now.
More energy
Better sleep


Bad Points

The initial purchase price can be a problem for those pinching their pennies, however when you consider the 30 day program replaces 68 meals, it becomes very cost effective. Still have to pay up front though.


General Comments

I was **extremely** skeptical when this program was recommended to me by my best friend. I am in the medical profession & do NOT believe in fad diets, or things that sound too good to be true. Long story short, I *only* agreed to try the program when I learned there is a no-question money-back guarantee. I honestly expected the program to fail, & return it for refund. I was absolutely stunned when I lost 17.5lbs in 11 days. After I finished the 9 day cleanse (their math isn't so good, it's an 11 day program), I went back to how I was eating before (zero Isagenix products), & I gained back 1lb, for 16.5lbs of maintained weight loss. Isagenix and the technology it uses explodes the historically held myth that if you lose weight fast, you will gain it back fast. That unhealthy yo-yo process happens when you diet and lose muscle tissue, which when you start eating again, gain your muscle back so the weight comes back. Isagenix contains high-grade organic whey protein which supports muscle gain even when you are cleansing, which is fantastic. I had to eat my words to my friend when I had originally been so skeptical. My entire family is now on the program and honestly, drastically improved health and maintained weight loss.
Something that was pointed out to me which makes perfect sense, is that most people who now recommend Isagenix started out skeptical (it's human nature) but were convinced otherwise due to the results they experienced. Remember that the next time someone tells you great things about Isagenix.
