Bad Points

I have spent ten minutes at the end of a busy day simply trying to find the Start button to register for your online service. No joy. If you can't even write a website why do I continue to use you as a bank for my money?


General Comments

"Registering is Easy" you say. Not so!
Do I need to be a IT Nerd to simply register?
If you wish to see an example of user friendliness I suggest you refer to "Amazon". Look and learn.
