Good Points

The machine is definitely quiet.


Bad Points

It does not clean well most of the time, the detergent is almost never quite dissolved and everthing is always wet.


General Comments

Basically the LG LDS5811WW is really quiet and that was the main reason for buying it. Beyond that, there is really not a whole lot of good I can say about it. The service people want a fortune just to come look at it. I'm sorry to say that after just over a year, we'll be looking for a less expensive model, not an LG.
