Started of well and good soon as they switched to finest credit card, all changed.
Bad Points
Switched over to finest credit card, service was absolutely terrible, really bad customer service, unpolite.
General Comments
Tesco Finance wrote to me and told me not to use my card any longer as they stopped me using the account, because I made a late payment in June, they changed me late payment fee, which I accepted but this took me over my limit by 22p, and charged overlimit fee of £2.
After phoning them, they were rude when I asked if they could waiver this fee as a goodwill gesture because of my mistake and had never happened before, were totally unhelpful to the point where I won't ever put money tesco's way again, ever little helps, especially in this case, they won't be riding too high for much longer, there good fortune will run out.
