General Comments

I have twice reserved items advertised prominently on their homepage from halfords and had to make journeys to out of town stores to collect them. I have had confirmation that the items were in stock only to find that on both occasions the stores have been out of stock for months. The sales staff have seemed less than helpful to me although a lot of this could be down to their employers sending them customers to collect items they are well aware are not in stock. Why advertise stock you don't have and annoy potential customers and your own staff needlessly?
Unless I am in the store with the item in my hand I shall presume they wont have it.
